SmartLogger 3000Bという機種があり
こちらにはルーター機能があるようです。
問題は値段がSmartLogger 3000Aとどれだけ違うかですが。

クレードル付きで3000-5000円ぐらいですかね。
もち中古です。
こっちは見てないですけどAterm MR0xLNあたりならいけるでしょう。
いずれもクレードルつけて優先でWAN接続します。
持ち帰って調べたのでSmartLogger3000Aからntpをntp.nict.jpにつないで通信テストを通しました。
ルートはSmartLogger→LTEルータ→インターネットです。

modbusから取ったデータはSIMかWAN経由で設定次第で流せるようになっていますがルーティングはどのルートも切ってあるようです。
4wayどこにルーティングする問題にそもそも対応しないスタイルっすね。
sshが公開されているので
ipchainとリゾルバぐらい設定して、Flash焼き直したらたぶんルーティングできますけど、自己責任＆「あなたじゃないと分からないのー状態」になります。
というわけで、僕は中古ルータ＋HUBで対応します。（笑）

私も最初は、P社監視装置のパケットを解析して仕組みを解析しました。
