実際に入らない現場は多々御座います(>_<)

工期が早くなるし撤去も容易等のメリットは有りますが逆に遅くなり
手間も掛かる場合も有るのがデメリットでしょうかね。

私が言うのもなんですが、確実に予算通り、工期もキッチリ収めたい方はコンクリート基礎の
方が良いかもしれませんね。
